Dr. Jaana Seikkula-Leino is a highly experienced professor of pedagogy and entrepreneurship education with over two decades of impact in national education framework development, guidance, and implementation. Her work combines strong academic leadership with hands-on responsibility for translating educational policy and research into scalable, system-level practices. She has led and coordinated large national education development programmes involving up to 30 national partners, working closely with ministries, universities, teacher training institutions, municipalities, and other public and private stakeholders. Her competencies include the design and development of national education frameworks, particularly in entrepreneurship education, future skills, and enterprising learning environments; guidance and implementation support for education reforms across teacher education, schools, higher education, and lifelong learning systems; and curriculum development and evaluation. In addition to her academic roles as Professor and Docent, she has served as project director, impact leader, and invited expert in multiple national and EU-aligned initiatives, and as an advisor and speaker for international organizations such as the European Commission, OECD, and UN.
