Lorraine Muhimpundu is a seasoned MEL professional with over 8 years of specialized experience in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems across education, health, and development sectors in RwandaLorraine holds a Master’s degree in Data Science (Biostatistics) and a Bachelor’s in Applied Statistics from the University of Rwanda. she has successfully coordinated numerous baseline and endline evaluations, designed indicator frameworks, conducted data quality assessments, and led research studies that inform program adaptation and learning.
Her comprehensive skill set encompasses database management, research protocol development, stakeholder capacity building, and the creation of MEL systems that ensure accountability and drive continuous program improvement. Fluent in English, French, and Kinyarwanda, Lorraine brings both technical rigor and practical field experience to monitoring, evaluation, and learning initiatives.
